Q: Where do you ship the products from?

A: We ship from our warehouses in France, Europe, the United States, the United Kingdom.... We work directly with reliable suppliers, which allows us to pass our savings directly on to our customers and provide them with exceptional products at very competitive prices.

We sample each item and even visit the factories to ensure the best quality and sustainable practices.

Q: How long will it take for my product to be shipped?

A: It takes 2 to 7 business days for your product to be shipped.

A: You do not need to sign for the shipment.
Q: What is the estimated delivery date (ETA)?

A: Depending on your location, delivery can take between 7 and 30 days. Rest assured that we will send you your tracking number as soon as the product is shipped.

Q: How can I return and replace my item?

A: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be new, unworn, with their original tags and in their original clear packaging bearing the SKU label. Exchanges are not possible. Swimwear, bodysuits, underwear, jewelry, masks, and beauty products are not eligible for return or exchange.

We accept returns of damaged or defective items. While we do not accept returns for other reasons, you can buy with confidence knowing that we guarantee the quality of our products.
